Discipline
Discipline is an integral part of the learning process. For this a student has to learn to control his emotions and impulses.He must learn to live in harmony with others by respecting the customs and traditions of others and society, by following the laws of the country and by obeying the commandments of God.
Order must be the hallmark of our school. For this everyone must maintain an atmosphere of silence during working hours in classrooms, staff rooms and office. Thus everyone should contribute to maintain an excellence of standards in everything.
Cleanliness is a pre-requisite of orderliness. Therefore, all the classrooms, corridors and the campus, as a whole, must reflect this in our school, which aims at bringing up an atmosphere of godliness.
Students should not indulge themselves in any act of misbehavior, disobedience or disrespect towards the teachers.
Usage of the mobile phones and two wheelers by the students inside the campus is strictly prohibited.
Students reaching the school campus before the first bell have to go to their respective classrooms and work on their lessons, exercises or homework, in silence. They should not be seen outside their classrooms, corridors or in the playgrounds.
At the first bell, both students and staff shall assemble for prayer. After dispersal the students should move to their respective classrooms in perfect order with their class teacher.
Students should not enter other classrooms. They are expected to take care of their own belongings.
They should not bring any valuable articles, books or magazines etc. to the school which are not prescribed in syllabus. They may not wear expensive jewellery.
The classrooms, corridors and the school premises shall be kept neat and clean. No littering is expected. Waste paper or other waste materials must always be thrown into the waste boxes provided. The students and staff are expected to speak in English once they enter the school campus except in Language classes.
The handbook issued to every student at the beginning of the year is to be kept neat and tidy all through the year and to be brought to school everyday. Students are not allowed to write anything in except in the calendar part of it. Once lost, a new one has to be collected from the office, but only with the special permission of the principal on the recommendation of the class teacher.
No collection of any kind for any purpose whatsoever may be made from the students or staff without the permission of the principal. Similarly no meeting, party or any kind of organized school activity shall be arranged without the previous approval of the principal. Parents are earnestly requested to make no personal gifts to staff members.
Students or staff shall not conduct any tours or picnics from the school without the prior permission and supervision of the school management.
